1. What will I receive in the package?
You’ll receive a flat-packed kit that includes all pre-cut wooden pieces, motor, steel marbles, illustrated instructions, and everything needed to build the machines.
2. Do I need any extra tools or glue?
For best results we recommend using a small amount of wood glue (e.g. Titebond). Basic household tools (like screwdriver or a small file) may be useful for fine adjustments.
3. How difficult is it to build?
Each kit comes with a difficulty rating (from Beginner to Expert).
- Small models (e.g. M1, M3) - take about 1-2 hours.
- Medium models (e.g. G3, S4, Planet) - may take about 3 -5 hours or 1-3 days, depending on your pace.
- Large models (e.g. C9, Amazing marble race) - can take up to a week to finish.
No prior woodworking experience is required — just patience and curiosity.
4. What age is this suitable for?
Recommended for ages 14+. Younger builders can also enjoy the process with adult supervision.
5. What if I lose or break a piece?
No worries! Contact us and we’ll send you replacement parts. We’re committed to making sure you can finish your build.
6. Can I order the model pre-assembled?
Yes. For small designs (M1,M3) we offer both options: DIY Assembly Kit (standard) and Pre-Assembled Model (for display, with an extra fee).
7. How durable is the finished model?
Once assembled with glue, the machine is sturdy and designed for repeated use. However, it is a wooden model, so handle with care to ensure long-lasting performance.
8. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Our kits are flat-packed, making them easy and cost-efficient to ship worldwide.

Shipping: We ship worldwide. Orders are processed and packed within 3–5 business days before dispatch.
Payment: We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. All prices are listed in USD.
