At Wood Marble Machine, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help with returns and refunds under the following conditions.
Returns
- You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unassembled, and in the original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Partial refunds may be granted for items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
