By accessing and placing an order with Wood Marble Machine, you confirm that you agree with and are bound by the terms and conditions below. These terms apply to the entire website and any email or other type of communication between you and Wood Marble Machine.

Products & Orders

All products are sold as DIY assembly kits unless otherwise stated.
Product photos and videos are for illustration purposes only. Actual colors, patterns, or details may vary slightly due to natural wood and production methods.
Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. If you do not receive it within 24 hours, please contact us.

Payment

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods available at checkout.
All payments are processed securely. We do not store or have access to your credit card details.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates only (see our Shipping Policy).
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or force majeure events.
Customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes in their country.

Returns & Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Refunds will be processed once the returned product is received and inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Custom or discounted items may not be eligible for return.

All content on this website (text, logos, product designs, images, videos) is the property of Wood Marble Machine and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Wood Marble Machine shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages caused by the misuse of our products.
Our assembly kits are not intended for children under 14 without adult supervision.
